How it works
How to implement your non-painful awareness program

Sign up for a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, or request a demonstration from our team to determine if our security awareness training platform is the right fit for your business.

During or after your free trial is complete, you can create a subscription to the platform yourself via the “Manage Subscription” tab. This is when you will be required to add in credit card information. Ensure you have selected the correct number of learners at this stage. Remember, we are here to support every step of the way to ensure a smooth setup and rollout.

We have pre-created a training schedule for you. However, before you add staff into the platform as learners, we recommend you customise this default schedule to ensure it is aligned to your team’s security needs.
This is important because once a learner is added into the platform, they will automatically be enrolled in the default training courses that have been scheduled on enrolment, and sent an email to complete these.

Once you have created your subscription, you will be able to add learners into the platform. There are 3 ways to do this.
Send an invitation link to staff and invite them to self-enrol
Add learners via a CSV
Sync with Office 365
All learners will then receive a “Welcome Email” which will contain an auto-login link that will give them access to two pages, their Learner Dashboard and My Training Courses.

While your program runs on auto-pilot, you can still review and modify your training schedule at any time based on evolving learning needs.
We also recommend reviewing your reporting dashboard monthly to identify staff performance, engagement with training, and higher-risk employees.
We are here to offer regular support. We can then work with you to deliver tailored training to staff who need it most, based on real reporting data.
